Privacy Policy of Cinemaniac app

Cinemaniac collects some personal data from its Users.

This document can be printed for reference by using the print command in the settings of any browser.

To use Cinemaniac, explicit consent must be given for the collection and use of the information described in this policy. The collected Personal Information are used to provide and improve Cinemaniac. The Owner will not use or share information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The non-acceptance of this Privacy Policy makes it impossible to access Cinemaniac contents.

TL;DR – a brief summary

Personal data collected for the following purposes and using the following services:

  • Registration and authentication: Firebase, Google, and Apple Authentication

    Personal data involved: User's email and account ID. These data are required in case of explicit signup/signin into Cinemaniac, to identify the User in order to securely save User data in the server and provide the same personalized experience across all of the User's devices. Other retrievable kind of data specified in the privacy policies of the respective services are not required by Cinemaniac, thus are not stored in Cinemaniac server.

  • Analytics: Firebase Analytics

    Personal data involved: Application opens, device information, first launches, number of sessions, operating systems, session duration, usage data and event logging for statistics purposes only

  • Infrastructure monitoring: Firebase Crashlytics

    Personal data involved: Crash information, device information, Universally unique identifier (UUID). All these data are required for the Owner to get insights into Cinemaniac performance and stability

  • Advertising: AdMob

    Personal data involved: Cookies and unique device identifiers for advertising purposes (Google Advertiser ID or IDFA, for example)
